80 hrs
Weekly effort eliminated
Problem
The problem
Operations teams were running a real-time backlog reporting process by hand - ~80 hours of manual reporting effort every week across the org.
Approach
How it got built
Redesigned the real-time backlog reporting tool itself, then spearheaded a wider UX/UI redesign of Prochant Analytics.
Built a new design system for the internal tools, collaborating closely with engineering to design within and around platform constraints.
Implemented a Mixpanel-driven design model - defined UX success metrics up front and used usage data on Prochant Connect to drive iterative decisions.
